Skor Labs Diecast Return and Exchange Policy
Effective Date: 1st June 2024
- Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, cancellation is not permitted.
- Limited Releases: Products categorized as Limited Releases are final sales and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return.
- Sale Items: All items sold during sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned. However, size exchanges for the same item are possible, subject to stock availability.
- Defective Items: Requests for returns or exchanges of defective items must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
- Return/Exchange Requests: For return or exchange requests, please provide a detailed description of the defect or issue along with clear photos showing the defect and the overall condition of the product(s). Submit your request via our Customer Service E-Mail or WhatsApp.
- Exchange items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, or defective with all original tags and accessories included.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted unless it is a manufacturing defect.
- Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- Shipping and Proof of Delivery: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Proof of delivery and a tracking number must be provided once the item(s) have been shipped back to Skor Labs Diecast.
- Inspection and Final Decision: Skor Labs Diecast reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned items before processing exchanges. Items returned outside the terms of this policy will not be processed. All decisions made by Skor Labs Diecast are final, and this does not affect your statutory rights.
- Quality Assurance: Each product sold on our website undergoes quality checks in our warehouse before being shipped to customers.
